Great shoes, poor velcro
We LOVE these boots for our 18months old (she started wearing them since 15months). She had been a barefoot child and these are her first actual shoes. The toe box is so wide and she gets a lot of wiggle room. Super easy to put on. She gets compliments everywhere she goes. The only down side is that the velcro is already weak and OFTEN come off and she hasn’t even worn them for the whole one season yet. Besides the fact it’s annoying to having to fix the velcro often, it’s dangerous because it could cause her to trip over if the velcro comes off mid action. Want to believe we just got a defect pair as we would love to get the same pair but bigger in size next year…

Perfect for little adventure feet
My daughter put her feet in the fountain. The shoes were completely submerged. They surfaced without any issue and kept her feet dry! They are so cute and very nice for the small adventurer who is fairly hard on shoes.

Good shoe, bad velcro
I like the flexible sole, wide toe box and over flatness of the sole. It’s hard to find affordable good quality shoes that support our children’s foot development. My only issue is that the the Velcro seems to be a tad short (still goes over the foot but tight) and that it sometimes pops off, would be better if it was stronger as I want these shoes to last.

Light weight,easy to put on stylish and fit proper
Very easy to put on , light weight and perfect toe /foot width to allow proper fit instead of squished toes.

Great hiking boots
Absolutely love these boots. They're so cute and I get so many compliments on them. My 20 month old daughter has worn these on several hikes this winter and they have held up!

Baby boots this company makes are the best!
I purchased 3 pairs in 3 different sizes according to the growing period of my grandson. Lots of compliments. The boots are extremely comfortable, easy to put on, safe while walking. Can't be happier than that

Love these little boots
I love all the Bare Steps shoes Merrell offers. They are excellent at fitting my toddler's wide and thick foot, and give her lots of toe space. The boots are very cute too.

Perfect for 15 month old!
Great little grippy boots that my baby loves wearing so much she asks me to put them on. She runs and climbs effortlessly in these. They are so easy to put on, they are amazing little shoes.
